Technical Support Specialist (Apprentice)

Location: Piacenza, Italy

Salary: €21,000+ and restaurant tickets

What you will do

• Monitor detected arrhythmia ECG episodes, assess patient compliance, and identify missing data transmissions.
• Provide technical assistance to patients and coordinate issue resolution with Territory Managers.
• Prepare daily reports and document patient complaints and resolved technical issues.
• Manage the patient hotline during office hours and participate in rotating nocturnal and weekend shifts.
• Coordinate equipment exchanges with logistics partners, Territory Managers, and Patient Service Representatives.
• Perform general and baseline checks after new device fittings.

Requirements

• Native Italian and fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and patient-service skills.
• University degree in a scientific discipline or certification as a cardiology technician.
• Availability for rotational nocturnal and weekend support shifts.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a Technical Assistant.
• Knowledge of cardiology principles and practices.
• Practical experience as an ECG technician.
