What you will do

• Support the development, optimization, and implementation of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot, sustain, and qualify manufacturing equipment to improve performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on process control methodologies.
• Analyze process and equipment data to identify improvement opportunities and enhance yield.
• Execute technical projects focused on equipment performance, process optimization, and manufacturing excellence.
• Apply engineering principles and research methods to solve complex manufacturing challenges while supporting safety, quality, and productivity.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a PhD in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
• At least 3 months of hands-on experience through research, laboratory work, internships, academic projects, or industry experience.
• Fundamental understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, or advanced manufacturing methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
• Experience with semiconductor fabrication, process development, materials engineering, process characterization, statistical analysis, data analytics, or experimental design is preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment, process control systems, and equipment qualification techniques is preferred.
