Process Engineer Intern (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Bloomington, Minnesota, USA

Salary: $25.50–$32.20 per hour

What you will do

• Study interactions between process conditions, chamber conditions, and other manufacturing variables.
• Build a first-principles understanding of semiconductor materials, processes, and measurement techniques.
• Drive a project in FEOL, photolithography, or BEOL processing through a high-visibility presentation.
• Monitor daily manufacturing activities with engineering and operations colleagues.
• Improve process stability, tool availability, operational efficiency, and factory line yield.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in physics, materials science, chemistry, or engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and contribute effectively to a team.
• Available for an on-site, temporary 12–13 week internship in Bloomington, Minnesota.

Nice to have

• Introductory coursework or laboratory experience in semiconductor devices or manufacturing.
