Salary: $45,375–$75,625 base salary per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, teller interactions, service-to-sales conversations, and lobby engagement.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products, services, and financial solutions.
• Build customer loyalty and expand share of wallet through community and ecosystem partnerships.
• Educate customers on transaction-management options and available banking technologies.
• Manage risk, follow procedures, resolve customer problems, and support accurate daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Spanish speaking ability is required.
• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent is typically expected; comparable education, certification, experience, or military service may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, customer service, prospecting, retail lending, selling, and problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, understand customer needs, and manage risk.
