Technician, Production Operations (G3, Swing Shift)

What you will do

• Set up, operate, and maintain automatic or semiautomatic production equipment after training.
• Clean equipment and machinery according to established procedures.
• Fill, label, pack, and inspect finished products in line with the training plan.
• Perform operations in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and quality system regulations.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and production documentation.

Requirements

• Leaving Certificate.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, potentially for a full shift.
• Ability to operate manual and automated equipment and work around moving machinery.
• Ability to read SOPs, batch records, and specifications.
• Ability to work in manufacturing conditions involving machinery noise, controlled environments, and PPE.
• Visual acuity to inspect components and detect defects.

Nice to have

• Experience in a manufacturing operations role using problem-solving tools.
• Knowledge and experience of GMP in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

• Rotating two-week swing-shift schedule with daytime and evening hours.
• Week 1: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am–4:00pm; Friday, 8:00am–3:00pm.
