What you will do

• Participate in security projects, initiatives, and incident response assignments.
• Evaluate technical, physical, and behavioral safeguards supporting Human Risk Management controls and training.
• Develop and maintain documentation for security systems, projects, and processes.
• Identify mitigations and remediation options, document findings, and create risk-response reports.
• Research emerging security technologies and recommend cost-effective improvements to the security posture.
• Present security topics and recommendations to team members and organizational leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or an associate degree/high school diploma with the required relevant experience; an approved cybersecurity program or demonstrated technical ability may also qualify.
• For the Principal level: 4 or more years of IT-related experience or 2 or more years of security-related experience.
• Relevant experience may include system administration, help desk, cybersecurity or physical security, NERC-CIP compliance, or military/government security work.
• CISSP or another security certification is preferred.
• Work is based in Columbus, Ohio.
