GCS Technical Content Manager (Localization)

Location: Sant Cugat del Vallès, Spain; based in the Sant Cugat hub

What you will do

• Own technical content throughout the product lifecycle, from defining content elements and planning through creation and publication.
• Define content scope, delivery plans, and channels for assigned diagnostic products in line with the content strategy.
• Coordinate with vendors, GCS Project Leaders, project management, development teams, and other stakeholders.
• Support risk assessments and coordinate content delivery through multiple iterations of Agile development.
• Manage reviewers and approvers in the content management system, ensuring accessibility and required training.
• Provide terminology and translation support for Language Operations for up to 30% of working capacity when assigned.

Requirements

• Strong organization, planning, prioritization, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of content management systems, XML authoring, translation, localization, and project management tools.
• Familiarity with hardware and software development processes and content creation, management, and publication workflows.
• Ability to work from the Sant Cugat hub in Spain.
