New Business Executive (VIP Gaming)

Location: Remote - US

Salary: USD 105,000 annually, plus commission, bonus, equity, and applicable benefits.

What you will do

• Prospect, attract, and develop new high-value VIP players in the assigned region.
• Create and execute regional player acquisition events, promotions, and offers.
• Implement localized go-to-market strategies and optimize VIP engagement.
• Monitor business plan execution to achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Support net revenue, process, and compliance initiatives while following VIP and responsible gaming policies.
• Build player experiences that encourage long-term loyalty and brand advocacy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 3 years of sales or business development experience with high-value accounts.
• Experience managing a portfolio of high-value accounts and established customer relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
• Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required state gaming licenses.
