What you will do
- Build and grow long-term relationships with high-value affiliates and market partners.
- Negotiate custom RevShare, Hybrid, and CPA deals, including exclusive offers.
- Develop strategic partnerships, co-branded activations, and joint initiatives with brand, marketing, and affiliate teams.
- Research industry insights and market conditions to support affiliate strategy.
- Represent the business at major industry conferences and networking events such as SBC, SIGMA, and IGB.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in iGaming, high-risk industries, or a similar affiliate sales role.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Understanding of affiliate models and business processes in affiliate marketing.
- Strong affiliate community connections and relationships with market leaders, media, event organizers, and major platforms.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, trackers, and performance dashboards.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
