Business Development Manager (Sports Betting/Prediction Markets)

What you will do

• Build and manage relationships with high-value sports bettors, VIPs, and sophisticated market participants.
• Use an existing network to introduce clients to sports and prediction market offerings.
• Identify valuable betting communities and develop strategies to reach and engage them.
• Own client relationships from introduction through onboarding, activation, and ongoing account management.
• Collect market and client feedback to help shape the sports and prediction markets offering.
• Work with trading, product, and operations teams to deliver a high-quality client experience.

Requirements

• Established network of high-value sports bettors and VIP clients, with experience executing transactions from tens of thousands to millions of dollars.
• Strong understanding of the sports betting ecosystem and sources of high-value clients.
• Experience in VIP management, high-touch sales, business development, account management, or a similar client-facing sports betting role.
• Ability to build trust with demanding clients and convert relationships into commercial partnerships.
• Commercial mindset with an understanding of client value, betting volumes, and relationship economics.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, independence, and ownership skills.
