What you will do
- Develop vertical playbooks for automotive and white goods, aligning 365’s Active Manufacturing and DFM tools with industry pain points.
- Partner with Renesas/Xilinx FAEs to co-design reference solutions, combining Designer with Renesas MCUs for automotive ECUs.
- Map decision hierarchies across OEM R&D, ODMs, and EMS providers, leveraging ’s PLM integration to streamline design-to-production workflows.
- Launch joint business planning with tier-1 suppliers to standardize tools in their supplier qualification criteria.
- Lead pilot projects demonstrating ROI through real-time DFM checks.
- Enable sales teams with competitive battle cards highlighting ’s SaaS-hardware integration.
Requirements
- 8+ years in EDA/industrial tech sales, with deep expertise in automotive or white goods.
- Understands PCB design workflows (e.g., Designer’s rigid-flex capabilities).
- Experience negotiating ELA agreements with ODMs; fluent in value-based selling frameworks.
- “Consultant” mindset with ecosystem-building skills; bilingual in English and Mandarin.
