Operations Manager (Banking and Financial Services)

What you will do

• Manage cluster and community performance through weekly coaching sessions, call audits, and team huddles.
• Develop team strategies and action plans to achieve operational goals.
• Partner on continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
• Deliver coaching compliance, root-cause analyses, attendance insights, and action plans.
• Advocate for clients by identifying improvements to products, processes, business operations, and policies.
• Manage attendance and performance accountability, training needs, and internal and external updates for employees.

Requirements

• Three years of operations and management experience, including process transformation.
• Four to five years of banking, financial services, or fintech experience, including knowledge of US banking, Cash Apps, and customer service processes.
• Experience managing omnichannel lines of business and directing resources across 100–150 associates and senior associates.
• Strong analytical, leadership, time-management, verbal, and written communication skills.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Internal candidates must have an FY26 PDP rating of Exceeds Expectations or Outstanding, at least 18 months of tenure, and no active disciplinary action.
