Client Platforms Engineer Intern - Summer 2027 (Fintech)

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support through phone, email, and in-person requests.
• Log, prioritize, and resolve basic technical issues or escalate them to senior staff.
• Troubleshoot hardware, applications, operating systems, and desk setups.
• Maintain IT support records and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
• Assist with IT asset management and inventory tracking.
• Provide professional and customer-focused support to end users.

Requirements

• Expected graduation by Summer 2028.
• Interest in technology and IT systems.
• Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, or Linux, as well as hardware and software.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with the team.
