TL;DR
Fair Lending Investigator (UDAAP and Regulatory Compliance): Developing and managing enterprise and business-unit risk assessments focused on UDAAP and fair lending compliance with an accent on regulatory controls, monitoring, and corrective actions. Focus on interpreting consumer regulatory laws, identifying compliance gaps, preparing examination and management reports, and presenting findings to compliance and business-unit leaders.

Location: Warren, Pennsylvania, United States. Full-time onsite role at the PA0736 Administration Center, including work with on-site equipment.

What you will do

  • Develop, manage, and conduct enterprise and business-unit risk assessments focused on UDAAP and fair lending.
  • Analyze regulatory compliance risks and establish controls to mitigate identified risks.
  • Manage compliance testing, monitoring, work papers, samples, reports, and corrective-action follow-up.
  • Interpret federal and state regulations, identify gaps in compliance processes, and recommend procedural improvements.
  • Consult with business units, maintain a culture of compliance, and provide guidance to compliance staff.
  • Present findings and regulatory risk information to compliance officers, fair banking leaders, managers, and business-unit staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management preferred, or equivalent on-the-job training.
  • General audit experience and 3–5 years of related compliance business experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of consumer regulatory laws and regulations.
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation skills with sound analytical judgment.
  • Ability to prioritize complex workloads, meet deadlines, solve problems, and work effectively in a team.
  • CRCM certification or a professional equivalent; certification timelines apply based on prior Northwest compliance experience.
