TL;DR
CL&R Senior Analyst (FINRA): Processing contract, license, registration, and address terminations for insurance and investment-services entities with an accent on regulatory accuracy, confidential data handling, and FINRA compliance. Focus on analyzing complex cases, maintaining regulated records, coordinating resolutions across departments, and improving termination workflows.

Location: Milwaukee, WI Corporate; hybrid

Salary: $21.77–$32.66 per hour

What you will do

  • Verify requirements and process contract, license, registration, and termination forms within regulatory timeframes.
  • Analyze complex cases and coordinate resolutions with field teams, division management, the Law Department, and NMIS Compliance Officers.
  • Cancel state insurance licenses and company appointments associated with contract terminations.
  • Update agent names, addresses, group office records, and regulated FINRA records.
  • Process NMIS terminations through U5 forms and manage registered representative suspensions and inactivations.
  • Meet service-level goals, support team members, share knowledge, and identify process improvements.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Business or a related field, or at least four years of professional customer service experience.
  • Contract, License Registration, or related industry experience is preferred.
  • Previous proactive case management experience is required.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, written office communications, keyboarding, and accurate data entry.
  • Ability to analyze complex information, assess risks, solve problems, make independent decisions, and prioritize assignments.
  • Ability to handle confidential information accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and work independently or collaboratively.
