Creative Sync Specialist (Music)

Salary: $58,400–$83,300 annual base salary

What you will do

• Serve TV and streaming clients through music searches, file delivery, account management, and catalog guidance.
• Build client relationships through phone, email, in-person meetings, virtual demos, and off-site presentations.
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets, maintain KPIs, and develop new business through prospecting.
• Interpret music briefs, recommend releases, and provide catalog feedback based on production trends and client requests.
• Negotiate synchronization licenses, including fees and terms.
• Plan and coordinate client events while collaborating with management on outreach initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of sales experience with customer service skills.
• Passion for music, with a musical background or strong musical ear.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and pressure-management skills.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound correspondence and a diverse professional environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel when needed and work occasional extended evening or late-night hours for events.
