Access Operations Associate, based in Egypt

Location: Cairo, Egypt

What you will do

• Coordinate and deploy patient support programs across Gulf markets from Egypt.
• Monitor program performance metrics, dashboards, patient journey KPIs, and vendor deliverables.
• Support vendor onboarding, contract administration, purchase orders, reconciliation, and operational documentation.
• Maintain SOPs, trackers, reimbursement databases, and audit-ready records.
• Prepare pricing assumptions, sales estimates, budget impact inputs, business cases, and approval packages.
• Coordinate with Value and Access, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Medical, and Commercial teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience managing vendors, including contract and relationship management.
• Experience with CRM databases and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English communication, both oral and written.
• AI knowledge or experience.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology organization, especially in Patient Support Programs.
• Experience in pharmaceutical pricing, market access, finance, commercial operations, or healthcare economics.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with pricing submissions, reimbursement processes, or pharmaceutical business case preparation.
