What you will do
- Manage end-to-end import and export shipments, including transportation booking and tracking.
- Prepare and review shipping documents for international trade compliance.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor shipment schedules and resolve issues to support on-time delivery.
- Manage ACID creation, NAFEZA-related import processes, and customs clearance documentation.
- Verify logistics provider costs, invoices, and SAP transactions while preparing cost, compliance, and performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in import/export, logistics, or international trade operations.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and cost-optimization skills.
- Authorization to work in Egypt and knowledge of customs and trade compliance requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience with ACID, NAFEZA, customs clearance, and Egyptian import regulations.
- Knowledge of international shipping documentation and freight management processes.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
