Senior Fullstack Engineer (TypeScript/Node.js)

Location: Hybrid working model. Work from abroad is available for up to 30 working days per year.

What you will do

• Own technical features for Boards end to end, from technical design and architecture through production operation.
• Build scalable and compliant backend services integrated with hirify.global’s microservices architecture for web and mobile products.
• Develop performant, responsive interfaces and reliable data flows for inspiration, curation, and Board sharing features.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, stakeholders, and Applied Science teams using ML algorithms.
• Drive experimentation through A/B testing, while improving CI/CD, testing, observability, and system performance.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and promote strong software design practices.

Requirements

• Strong experience developing large-scale applications with TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, and Node.js.
• Advanced React experience and a strong understanding of GraphQL and REST architectures.
• Experience building backend microservices, robust API endpoints, and database-backed systems.
• Experience with DynamoDB, Kotlin, Spring Boot, AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Knowledge of frontend monitoring, performance optimization, observability, testing, and operational excellence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to feedback.
