Corporate Security Engineering Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own corporate security controls covering endpoint hardening, identity and access, privileged access, vulnerability and patch management, and access reviews.
• Manage Okta, including application onboarding, SSO and SAML migration, group and attribute automation, application cataloguing, and access provisioning and revocation.
• Own endpoint management across Mac, Windows, and Linux fleets, including enrolment, baselines, patching, and compliance reporting.
• Manage device and asset lifecycle, SaaS administration, licensing, inventory accuracy, audits, and vendor relationships.
• Lead, hire, and develop a distributed engineering team across the UK, Germany, and the US.
• Translate certification requirements into implemented controls and continuously generated evidence.

Requirements

• Experience leading an IT, security, or infrastructure team, including hiring, performance management, and engineer development.
• Deep hands-on experience with corporate identity platforms such as Okta or Entra, fleet-scale endpoint management, and SaaS administration.
• Hands-on Linux fleet management alongside Mac and Windows environments.
• Practical experience with endpoint hardening, vulnerability and patch management, incident response, access reviews, and privileged or zero-trust access.
• Experience implementing and providing evidence for TISAX, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or an equivalent security certification or audit.
• Scripting or infrastructure-as-code experience and the ability to scale corporate environments during rapid growth and multi-site expansion.

Nice to have

• Supplier-security assessment experience in an automotive or OEM supply chain.
• Experience building a corporate security capability from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with 802.1x and certificate-based device posture.
• Exposure to offices, labs, garages, test facilities, or AI development environments.
