What you will do
- Contribute to mobile growth work across ASO, CRO, performance marketing, retention, CRM, creative, data, and AI.
- Develop and test growth hypotheses through structured experimentation.
- Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve mobile app growth.
- Support client-facing consulting work in an agency environment.
- Join the talent network for future roles matching your experience.
Requirements
- Professional experience in mobile growth, including ASO, CRO, performance marketing, retention, or data.
- Strategic mindset with experience in experimentation, hypothesis testing, and user behavior analysis.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to learn new tools and disciplines quickly.
- Strong client-facing instincts or motivation to develop them in an agency setting.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
