Interior Design Co-worker (Revit)

Location: hirify.global Delft Store, Delft, Netherlands; onsite, full-time

Salary: €3,000–€3,662 gross per month for a 40-hour work week

What you will do

• Create functional, beautiful, sustainable, and affordable room settings and store media.
• Keep store displays up to date and develop new, inspiring furnishing solutions.
• Use the hirify.global product range to present distinct styles for different tastes and needs.
• Apply hirify.global brand identity across commercial, sales-support, and co-worker areas.
• Help position the Delft store as the first choice for home furnishing in the local market.
• Share interior design and home-furnishing knowledge with colleagues and visitors.

Requirements

• Education in interior design or architecture.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar interior design role, preferably in hirify.global or a retail environment.
• Creative thinking, commercial visual competence, and a strong eye for aesthetics.
• Practical, hands-on approach and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of Revit is required.

• Interest in growing into a leader or manager position.
• Experience sharing and transferring knowledge with individuals and larger groups.
