Location: Delft, Netherlands; store-based role

Salary: €3,000–€3,662 gross per month for a full-time 40-hour contract.

What you will do

• Create functional, beautiful, sustainable, and affordable home furnishing solutions relevant to the local market.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date room settings and store media that inspire visitors.
• Use the hirify.global product range to present varied styles for different tastes and needs.
• Reflect the hirify.global brand identity through visual impact across commercial, sales-support, and co-worker areas.
• Contribute to positioning the Delft store as the first choice for home furnishing in the local market.

Requirements

• Education in interior design or architecture.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar interior design role, preferably in an hirify.global store or retail environment.
• Creative thinking, commercial visual competence, and a strong eye for aesthetics.
• Practical, hands-on approach and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and knowledge-sharing skills.
• Revit knowledge and good written and spoken English are required.
