Product Quality Specialist (MedTech)

Location: Must be based in Belgium, the Netherlands, Ireland, or Italy. Listed locations include Beerse and Antwerp, Belgium; Latina, Italy; Leiden, Netherlands; and Little Island, Cork, Ireland.

Annual base pay: Belgium €72,500–€115,230; Ireland €63,300–€101,315; Italy €48,600–€77,395; Netherlands €64,000–€103,040, including 8% holiday allowance.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end stability oversight from late-stage development through the full commercial lifecycle for a product portfolio.
• Act as the stability subject-matter expert for assigned products and manage stability protocols, reports, temperature excursions, and change controls.
• Support product quality activities, escalations, regulatory filings, and the overall operation of the Stability Center of Excellence.
• Provide quality oversight for complex or high-value product families while collaborating with multiple functions and teams.
• Identify improvement opportunities, participate in cross-functional meetings, and support departmental goals.
• Operate independently with minimal support and mentor less experienced Center of Excellence members.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of industry experience and a bachelor’s degree.
• Clear knowledge of stability-related regulations.
• Ability to manage individual assignments with minimal guidance and work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs, work instructions, and protocols.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based collaboration applications.

Nice to have

• Experience with quality management systems, quality control, ISO 9001, compliance management, and regulatory environments.
• Skills in coaching, issue escalation, fact-based decision-making, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
