What you will do
- Support data and business analysis for revenue, demand, workforce, and channel planning.
- Assist with statistical and financial forecasting models and reporting.
- Define business performance metrics and compare actual results with forecasts.
- Conduct market, competitive, industry, technology, and consumer research.
- Support priority business-planning projects and alignment across stakeholders.
- Communicate plans and progress to senior management, employees, and external partners while monitoring compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Four-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Typically 0–2 years of experience in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or a related field.
- Knowledge of analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, data visualization, statistics, and market research.
- Experience or knowledge of Power BI, Python, R, SQL, or Tableau.
- Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Knowledge of customer insights, competitive intelligence, new product development, and thought leadership.
