Clinical Implementation Specialist (Medical Devices)

Location: Remote within the United Kingdom; preference for candidates based around the Midlands region. Travel up to 80%, mainly within the UK and occasionally in Europe.

Develops lifesaving medical products and software solutions for emergency medical services, hospitals, public safety, and military customers, including defibrillators, trauma kits, ventilators, and temperature management solutions.

What you will do

• Plan, develop, and execute customer education and training events.
• Coordinate in-service training for new and existing hospital accounts.
• Act as the clinical and technical product expert for hospital products and the chain of resuscitation.
• Work with the Territory Manager throughout the sales process and communicate leads and account updates.
• Prepare additional materials to support sales and training activities.
• Build long-term customer relationships focused on product utilization and improved clinical outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• RN, Paramedic, or Respiratory Therapist qualification with at least 5 years of experience required.
• Experience in clinical education preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively, up to 80%, primarily within the UK and occasionally in Europe.

Nice to have

• AHA Instructor certification for BLS, ACLS, or PALS.
• Additional European language skills.
