Senior Project Sourcing Specialist (Life Sciences)

Location: United Kingdom. Remote working is supported; employees near an office are encouraged to work on a hybrid basis as agreed with the manager.

What you will do

• Build talent pipelines for Quality & Compliance specialists, including CQV, CSV, Validation, and CMC experts.
• Support ad-hoc sourcing activities across Regulatory Sciences, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Research, and Audit.
• Engage passive candidates and establish initial relationships with hirify.global.
• Develop global talent pipelines across the US, EU, JAPAC, and LATAM markets.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage specialist talent.

Requirements

• Previous recruitment experience in the life sciences market.
• Experience recruiting Quality & Compliance professionals, such as Validation Engineers, CMC, CSV, or CQA specialists, is beneficial.
• Previous experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with Workday ATS.
