What you will do
- Define target profiles and build data-informed sourcing strategies across EMEA for technical, operational, product, program management, and corporate roles.
- Create market maps covering companies, skills, functions, geographies, seniority, talent hubs, competitors, and emerging regional trends.
- Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with passive, specialized, senior, and hard-to-find candidates.
- Use Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, HireEZ, GitHub, professional communities, conferences, referrals, and niche networks.
- Design AI-powered sourcing workflows, research agents, automations, market intelligence reports, outreach content, and reusable recruiting systems.
- Advise recruiters and hiring leaders on EMEA talent markets, sourcing strategy, candidate engagement, recruiting technology, and sourcing performance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of sourcing experience across multiple EMEA markets and a broad range of functions and talent profiles.
- Demonstrated experience with market mapping, competitive intelligence, candidate generation, and difficult-to-fill business-critical roles.
- Advanced Boolean search and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, GitHub, and comparable sourcing platforms.
- Experience building or using AI-powered sourcing workflows, agentic AI tools, workflow automations, or practical AI solutions.
- Direct experience with AI development environments or coding assistants such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
- Strong communication, storytelling, cultural awareness, organization, judgment, and ability to work autonomously in an internationally distributed environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in aerospace, defense, robotics, autonomy, AI/ML, advanced technology, manufacturing, or complex hardware/software organizations.
- Experience with cross-border hiring, candidate mobility, work authorization, export control, or other EMEA regulatory considerations.
- Familiarity with Ashby, recruiting analytics, CRM, or talent intelligence platforms.
- Experience supporting high-growth, venture-backed, multinational, or rapidly scaling technology organizations.
