FX Ops Analyst 3

What you will do

• Provide subject-matter expertise for complex multi-currency loan transactions, including funding, repayments, interest payments, restructures, and amendments.
• Coordinate FX syndicated loan settlements with Loan Operations, Syndications, Relationship Managers, agent banks, and external counterparties.
• Validate FX rates, currency conversions, settlement instructions, and funding calculations.
• Investigate payment failures, funding discrepancies, trade breaks, account instruction issues, client complaints, and other operational exceptions.
• Act as an escalation point for complex FX inquiries and collaborate with Sales, Treasury Management, Risk, Compliance, Technology, Legal, and Relationship Management.
• Support audits, improve procedures and controls, mentor team members, and participate in system implementations and process-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of related experience in Foreign Exchange Operations or Capital Markets Operations.
• Experience analyzing structured and multi-currency foreign exchange transactions and resolving settlement issues.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, agent banks, and external counterparties.
• Must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.
