Process Engineer Manager (Energy-from-Waste)

What you will do

• Lead and manage the process engineering team and IGLENs throughout project execution.
• Manage the Process Work Package, ensuring quality deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate resources, workload planning, progress meetings, and engineering tools including COMOS.
• Ensure compliance with approved tender concepts, company policies, engineering guidelines, contractual requirements, and HSE standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary commissioning activities, process reviews, trial-operation readiness, and Fit-for-Performance assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, technical guidance, training, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Degree in Process, Chemical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
• Proven experience leading process engineering teams, with strong plant engineering, construction, and commissioning experience.
• Experience with project management, technical project management, cost awareness, and budget control.
• Comprehensive knowledge of process engineering workflows, plant processes, and project lifecycle deliverables.
• Proficiency in COMOS, CAPRI, MS Office, and other relevant engineering tools.
• Fluent English is required; German is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Technical knowledge of Energy-from-Waste, Renewable Gas, or Carbon Capture technologies.
• Experience developing engineering standards and guidelines.
