Lead Salesforce Developer (Salesforce)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal — hybrid, with 2 days per week in the Lisbon office and 3 days working from home

Salary: €2,300–€2,600 gross per month, including fixed and variable components, meal allowance, remote-work allowance, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design, implementation, parameterization, and unit testing of Salesforce requirements.
• Develop Salesforce solutions, interfaces, and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Write functional and technical specifications and maintain project documentation.
• Define and review test cases, execute unit tests, analyze defects, and implement fixes.
• Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Salesforce developers.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
• At least 8 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, Salesforce integrations, unit testing, defect analysis, and bug fixing.
• Good knowledge of Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines, plus JavaScript and HTML for template customization and cross-browser rendering.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate developers.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher and availability to work 2 days per week from the Lisbon office.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II certifications.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification.
