Account Executive (Healthcare Communications)

hirify.global is an independent healthcare communications agency supporting biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device clients as part of Blue Matter Consulting.

What you will do

• Conduct research and gather intelligence for client business and agency new business initiatives.
• Draft PR materials including spokesperson biographies, fact sheets, press releases, and blog posts in AP style.
• Support strategic planning and execution of public relations and corporate communications programs.
• Coordinate account activities across media relations, creative, and digital/social media functions.
• Maintain account trackers, agendas, meeting summaries, activity reports, and client communications materials.
• Integrate client and internal feedback into agency materials and support client MLR processes using systems such as Veeva.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of public relations agency experience; healthcare experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, curiosity, and active listening.
• Interest in healthcare public relations and the ability to identify critical questions and stakeholders.
