PIMS Stibo Step Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid, with office attendance 3–4 times per month in Porto, Portugal

Salary: €28,000–€52,000 gross per year

What you will do

• Analyze complex business processes and translate them into PIMS and Stibo Step system configurations.
• Design and work with data models, workflows, and business rules in the Stibo Step platform.
• Support product lifecycle management, product development processes, and multichannel publishing.
• Contribute to data governance initiatives and validate product information.
• Support integrations between PIM, ERP, and e-commerce systems using APIs and ETL processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of Product Information Management System concepts and Stibo Step functionality.
• Experience with data governance, product lifecycle management, and product development processes.
• Understanding of APIs, ETL processes, and integration tools such as MuleSoft, Talend, or SAP CPI.
• Basic SQL for data validation and knowledge of XML and JSON for data exchange.
• Fluent English is required.
