Integrations Analyst (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Manage integration projects between internal systems and suppliers’ ERP platforms, delivering them on time and within scope.
• Coordinate communication between supplier IT teams, hirify.global developers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor existing integrations and identify and resolve operational issues.
• Perform integration testing and validation against business and technical requirements.
• Gather requirements, document processes, and maintain the internal knowledge base.
• Contribute to standardisation and improvements of integration processes and tools.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in integrations or a similar role.
• Good command of English required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of integration technologies such as APIs, EDI, ETL, or ESB.
• Knowledge of FTP, HTTPS, AS2, XML, JSON, IDOC, or EDIFACT.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Experience with Postman, FileZilla, SAP CI, MuleSoft, Boomi, or other integration platforms.
• Additional language skills.
