Integrations Analyst (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Manage integration projects and deliver them on time and within scope.
• Coordinate communication between supplier IT teams, development teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor existing integrations, investigate issues, and support their resolution.
• Perform integration testing and validation against business and technical requirements.
• Gather requirements, document processes, and maintain the internal knowledge base.
• Suggest improvements to integration processes, standards, platforms, and tools.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in integrations or a similar role.
• Good command of English required.
• Experience with integration technologies such as APIs, EDI, ETL, or ESB.
• Knowledge of FTP, HTTPS, or AS2 protocols and XML, JSON, IDOC, or EDIFACT data formats.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and work with attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with Postman, FileZilla, SAP CI, MuleSoft, Boomi, or other integration platforms.
• Additional language skills.
