Integrations Analyst

TL;DR

Integrations Analyst (APIs/EDI): Managing and improving integrations between internal systems and supplier ERP platforms with an accent on reliable data exchange, testing, documentation, and operational support. What you will do

• Manage integration projects from requirements gathering through delivery, ensuring timely completion within scope.
• Coordinate communication between supplier IT teams, hirify.global development teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and support existing integrations, investigating and resolving operational issues.
• Perform integration testing and validation against business and technical requirements.
• Document integration processes and maintain the internal knowledge base.
• Contribute to standardisation and improvements to integration processes, platforms, and tools.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in integrations or a similar role.
• Good command of English.
• Experience with integration technologies such as APIs, EDI, ETL, or ESB.
• Knowledge of FTP, HTTPS, or AS2 protocols and XML, JSON, IDOC, or EDIFACT data formats.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate effectively, and work with strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with Postman or FileZilla.
• Knowledge of SAP CI, MuleSoft, Boomi, or other integration platforms.
• Additional language skills.
