What you will do
- Lead finance operations for joint venture initiatives and align partner activities with group standards and local regulations.
- Design and implement cost structures and equity frameworks for new and existing joint ventures.
- Provide financial insights for strategic negotiations, high-level decisions, and external partner discussions.
- Oversee finance-related projects, including regulated-site monitoring, ERP tax automation, M&A integration, and treasury optimization.
- Lead the implementation of indirect tax and reporting frameworks, including CARF and DAC8.
- Coordinate Pillar 2 impact assessments, financial modeling, and implementation with auditors and global tax partners.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in senior finance roles, preferably in a cryptocurrency exchange or highly regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of international tax, transfer pricing, Pillar 2, and European reporting standards including DAC8.
- Experience structuring joint ventures or managing large-scale project finance.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial regulations to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with global financial controllers across multiple time zones and jurisdictions.
- Strong negotiation, strategic problem-solving, and leadership skills.
