What you will do

• Manage the Motorsport Manager community across social channels and Steam discussions.
• Collect, prioritise, and communicate player feedback to the development team.
• Write and publish dev updates, social posts, forum announcements, and other community content.
• Moderate discussions, answer questions, surface bugs, and maintain a constructive environment.
• Build relationships with content creators, modders, and community leaders.
• Track community sentiment and support the handoff to the external pre-launch team for Motorsport Manager 2.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community management, ideally in games.
• Strong understanding of Steam discussions, reviews, wishlists, and forum communities.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to adapt tone to the situation.
• Ability to handle feedback and criticism constructively.
• Ability to manage time and priorities independently in a remote working environment.

Nice to have

• Passion for motorsport and familiarity with at least one racing series.
• Experience managing and moderating Discord servers.
• Experience working with influencers or content creators.
• Additional languages.
