Events & Community Manager (Startup)

Location: Must be based in London, UK (In-office role)

Compensation: £50,000–£80,000 base plus equity

hirify.global is a fast-growing, well-funded startup changing how companies hire, currently expanding its presence in the London startup ecosystem.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact events, including concept, logistics, guest lists, and execution.
• Amplify every event through social media content (recaps, clips, photos) to extend reach and grow the audience.
• Activate and expand a professional network of founders, VCs, and operators in London.
• Connect event and content efforts to business awareness and pipeline metrics.
• Build the community and event playbook from scratch in a hands-on, individual contributor capacity.

Requirements

• Proven experience running event series at high volume with measurable social media reach.
• Background in events, community, or content roles within a startup, fintech, or VC-adjacent environment.
• Recognized connector in the London ecosystem with a strong existing network.
• Demonstrated ability to build communities or event series from zero as a hands-on doer.
• Must have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship is possible but limited).

Nice to have

• Experience in a VC fund or accelerator environment.
• Track record of tying community work directly to sign-ups or acquisition.
• Genuine interest in AI and the future of hiring.
