Salesforce Developer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design, validate, and deliver cross-functional Salesforce changes across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Collaborate with commercial and operational stakeholders, business analysts, architects, administrators, and business intelligence specialists.
• Build and enhance Salesforce integrations using APIs and maintain connected applications such as DocuSign, Qualtrics, Kernel, and marketing tools.
• Apply Salesforce development best practices, document code, and create and maintain test classes.
• Own release cycles and deploy reliable updates using DevOps and quality tooling.
• Help develop quality assurance practices and grow Salesforce knowledge across the team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Salesforce development experience with strong Sales Cloud and CPQ knowledge.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Java, and Lightning components.
• Experience with Salesforce architecture, custom coding, configuration, large data sets, and bulkification.
• Knowledge of CPQ or Revenue Cloud, including product catalogs, pricing strategies, product rules, and approval automation.
• Ability to analyze business processes, interpret and critique technical specifications, gather requirements, and present solutions to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud/Data 360, integrated systems development, and marketing tool integrations.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer II, or JavaScript Developer I.
• Active participation in the Salesforce community.
