SAP Procure to Pay Consultant (P2P/Purchasing/MM)

What you will do

• Define global, regional, and local test cases, test plans, test data, and prerequisites for Deployment End-to-End Tests in the P2P workstream.
• Execute and document tests in SAP Solution Manager according to project frameworks, PMM, and CSV rules.
• Coordinate testing with external partners such as third-party logistics providers and manage defects across workstreams.
• Track testing progress, prepare status reports, and ensure activities follow the project schedule.
• Collaborate with commercial and regional teams to align business requirements with global standards.
• Support design and rollout phases in SAP S/4HANA, translating business processes into testing specifications and supporting smooth implementation.

Requirements

• Experience as an SAP system end user with R/3 or S/4HANA.
• 3–5 years of relevant business experience in the P2P area.
• Ability to analyze, design, describe, and test solutions based on end-to-end business process knowledge.
• Knowledge of process-based and cross-process IT systems, ERP, decentralized systems, and P2P business processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, change management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Solution Manager testing tools.
