Product Manager - NEC Housing

What you will do

• Conduct market research covering legislative, regulatory, competitive, and economic trends in the UK social housing sector.
• Act as the subject matter expert for the NEC Housing product area and advise customers and internal stakeholders.
• Run customer workshops and user groups to capture insights, define business needs, and shape product requirements.
• Create requirements, user stories, and wireframes while collaborating with development and QA teams.
• Define and maintain product roadmaps, support business cases and pricing analysis, and manage third-party requirements.
• Support pre-sales, bids, proposals, product launches, presentations, and product documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in UK social housing as a customer or software solution provider.
• Knowledge of project lifecycles, methodologies, and delivery within time and budget constraints.
• Experience with product enhancements, UI/UX design, Agile product development, and housing management systems.
• Experience with document management, case management, and/or customer engagement solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK; a full, valid UK/EC driving licence is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with end-to-end product lifecycle management and digital solutions for social housing, including mobile apps and web platforms.
• Proficiency with Figma and JIRA.
• Strong relationship-building, decision-making, time management, and resource allocation skills.
