What you will do
- Support one or more HR functional areas, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, recognition, and employee relations.
- Provide first-level responses to managers, employees, team members, and other HR customers.
- Receive inquiries, respond to requests, and provide basic interpretation of HR policies and practices.
- Maintain employee data, documentation, records, correspondence, and reports in relevant systems.
- Coordinate with HRIS, HR program managers, technology specialists, and other HR Service Center functions.
- Support projects and help ensure HR procedures comply with statutory requirements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and job skills.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Good knowledge of awards and HR principles.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI or HR analytics tools.
