Business Strategy Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in the TLV office, Israel

What you will do

• Own strategic engagements with enterprise customers from problem definition through analysis, recommendations, and execution.
• Translate complex data, customer signals, and market inputs into clear insights and executive-level presentations.
• Develop narratives, presentations, and recommendations for senior customer and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to deepen customer value, expand relationships, and develop new commercial opportunities.
• Build repeatable delivery, expansion, go-to-market motions, and strategic frameworks.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, R&D, and company leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, partnerships, or a similar high-impact role.
• Experience leading strategic, client-facing engagements with senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and business judgment skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguity, turn data into recommendations, and move from strategy to execution.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from the TLV office.

Nice to have

• Background at a top-tier consulting firm such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or a similar firm.
• Experience with enterprise customers, Fortune 500 brands, or senior marketing and business stakeholders.
• Experience in SaaS, AI, MarTech, analytics, digital transformation, or data products.
• Experience building partnerships, market expansion, or new commercial motions.
