Client Service Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and prospects via email and phone.
• Resolve complex customer questions in collaboration with other departments.
• Build financial knowledge through internal training and independent learning.
• Use customer feedback to identify improvements to products and internal processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or relevant commercial training, ideally in banking.
• At least one year of experience in banking, FinTech, or financial services.
• Strong experience supporting customers by phone, email, and/or in person.
• Affinity for capital market products and digital solutions.
• Fluent German and English.
• Reliable, independent, collaborative, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
