SEO Specialist (iGaming)

Location: Remote or onsite in Cyprus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Ukraine, or Uzbekistan

What you will do

• Research branded search opportunities and identify niches for launching and scaling mono-brand websites and SEO clusters.
• Develop and execute strategies covering technical SEO, content, internal linking, off-page SEO, and link building.
• Launch, evaluate, and scale SEO experiments while testing new hypotheses.
• Analyze competitors to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
• Own mono-brand websites or SEO clusters as independent products and drive revenue growth.
• Build SEO processes, mentor team members, and contribute to the development of the SEO function.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the iGaming industry.
• Hands-on SEO experience with successful cases of increasing organic traffic and revenue.
• Experience launching websites from scratch and growing mono-brand websites or brand-focused SEO projects.
• Strong technical SEO expertise, including multi-site SEO architectures, branded keyword research, and link building.
• Understanding of affiliate marketing funnels and business metrics beyond traditional SEO KPIs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership, autonomy, and focus on business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Success scaling SEO projects in highly competitive or gray-hat industries.
• Experience building SEO processes, mentoring teams, or leading an SEO function.
