Senior Fullstack Developer (Backend Oriented, AI) (NestJS/Node.js/TypeScript, Python, React): Building scalable, AI-powered product systems and reliable backend services with an accent on API architecture, data modeling, security, and performance. Focus on designing distributed services, optimizing databases and asynchronous processing, and applying AI-assisted development while maintaining code quality, observability, and system reliability.

What you will do
- Design and build scalable backend services using NestJS, Node.js, TypeScript, and/or Python.
- Own API design, service contracts, versioning, authentication, authorization, and secure integrations.
- Design data models and database schemas, optimize queries, and implement caching and asynchronous processing with queues, jobs, and events.
- Lead backend architecture, technical decisions, code quality, testing, observability, fault tolerance, and system reliability.
- Collaborate with frontend, product, design, and data/AI teams on React applications, API contracts, performance, and user experience.
- Use and improve AI-assisted development workflows with tools such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack or backend engineering experience with a strong backend focus.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS; Python or an equivalent backend framework is also relevant.
- Solid experience with React, HTML, CSS, scalable backend architecture, data modeling, and distributed-system trade-offs.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, query optimization, API design, authentication flows, security, and performance.
- Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, observability tooling, CI/CD, and deployment practices.
- Hands-on use of AI development tools, including the ability to validate, debug, and improve AI-generated code.
Nice to have
- Experience with data platforms, analytics products, or BI tools.
- Experience with large-scale data processing, streaming or real-time data patterns, query optimization, or LLM API integrations.
- Understanding of prompt engineering for engineering workflows.
