Financial Analyst

Location: Cairo, Egypt

What you will do

• Consolidate, analyze, and report financial data in line with company objectives.
• Support monthly reporting, financial analysis, forecasting, and annual budgeting.
• Develop financial models, perform benchmarking and process analysis, and prepare business studies.
• Prepare monthly statements, investigate variances, and monitor financial performance against forecasts.
• Reconcile transactions, correct discrepancies, and support month- and year-end accounting close.
• Develop rolling forecasts for revenue, expenses, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, and coordinate with external auditors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• At least 3 years of finance experience, including financial analysis; experience in accounting and a strong focus on financial analysis are required.
• Experience with financial reporting, operations analysis, internal controls, financial planning, forecasting, and corporate finance.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, financial applications, and statistical analysis packages.
• Strong presentation, reporting, communication, project management, organizational, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience at a Big Four audit firm such as PwC, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG.
• SAP user experience.
