Investment Banking and Strategic Finance

What you will do

• Build and maintain the group business plan, strategic financial plan, budget, reforecast cycle, and monthly performance reporting.
• Develop unit economics, revenue and cost driver analysis, cash, runway, and scenario forecasts.
• Model pricing, revenue structures, new products, new markets, partnerships, corporate development opportunities, and capital allocation decisions.
• Own investor and board reporting, including KPI packs, board materials, fundraising models, data-room support, and diligence responses.
• Support investment banking activities through product structuring, valuation, underwriting, transaction modelling, and risk assessment.
• Prepare investment memos, committee papers, client-facing materials, and advisory work for startups, SMEs, and other prospective issuers.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of investment banking experience, from analyst 3 through associate level, with experience in a genuine deal environment.
• Exceptional financial modelling skills, including strong three-statement fundamentals and fully linked operating models.
• Command of valuation methodologies and sound judgement in selecting the appropriate approach.
• Experience supporting live transactions end to end.
• Experience producing institutional-standard IC memos, pitch materials, information memoranda, board packs, or equivalent materials.
• Strong educational and academic background.

Nice to have

• Structuring or origination experience in real estate, private placements, debt, securitisation, or equity capital markets.
• ECM or IPO execution experience, including regulatory documentation and prospectus work.
• Fintech, brokerage, asset management, Egyptian, MENA, GCC, or cross-border capital markets experience.
• SME or startup advisory exposure.
• CFA charterholder, candidate, or equivalent qualification.
