AR & Trade Investment Supervisor (Africa & Trading)

What you will do

• Partner with sales teams and affiliates across approximately 30 Africa and Trading customers.
• Manage accounts receivable activities, including distributor collections, settlements, aging follow-up, and quarterly reconciliations.
• Review trade investment claims, trade-drive and MT incentive documentation, contracts, accruals, and proof-of-performance processes.
• Prepare monthly D&A actuals versus accrual analysis, AR DEC presentations, and trade investment cause-of-change commentary.
• Analyze P&L movements and support corrective action plans for overdue balances and collection performance.
• Control intercompany accounts receivable and monitor cross-charges with affiliates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Arabic and English language proficiency required.
• Complex analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and creative-thinking skills.
• Proactive, agile, enthusiastic, results-driven approach with the ability to simplify complex topics.

Nice to have

• Qualified finance certification.
• FMCG industry experience.
