Partnership Reconciliation Manager – Junior (iGaming)

hirify.global operates a Game Aggregator platform that connects casino operator platforms with multiple remote game servers through a single integration.

What you will do

• Analyse partnership agreements and identify commercial, financial, licensing, and operational terms.
• Communicate with game providers to verify game portfolios, licensing requirements, due diligence procedures, and cooperation models.
• Perform financial calculations and reconcile partner and client data to identify discrepancies.
• Prepare and validate monthly reports using 1C, investigate calculation logic, and identify process or system improvements.
• Analyse financial and operational trends across assigned partners and clients.
• Collaborate with Product and internal teams to improve reconciliation processes and the Game Aggregator product.

Requirements

• English at B2+ level.
• Russian at B2+ level.
• Experience in reconciliation, financial analysis, account management, operations, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, including the ability to investigate discrepancies and understand calculation logic.
• Good knowledge of Excel and confidence working with large datasets and financial information.
• Experience with commercial or financial documents such as foreign trade agreements, invoices, and related documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with 1C, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics and reporting tools.
• Account Management or other partner-facing experience.
• Experience with analytics, reporting, or financial reconciliation systems.
• Previous experience in iGaming or working with game providers.
