Transport (RDMA and UEC) Silicon Product Architect (RDMA)

Location: Hybrid work model in Israel, with on-site work at an assigned hirify.global site in Petah-Tikva or Jerusalem.

What you will do

• Drive product definition by establishing bandwidth, latency, power, workload, port-count, and port-type requirements.
• Develop high-level silicon product architecture diagrams, specifications, transport protocols, and functional interactions.
• Evaluate tradeoffs across performance, timing, power, workloads, and area.
• Conceptualize next-generation architectural features and define microarchitectures for leadership performance, power, area, and timing.
• Propose and validate experimental designs and proof-of-concept alternatives while influencing cross-functional roadmaps.
• Collaborate with platform design engineers on hardware-software interfaces and mentor technical leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a specialized field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years with a Master’s degree, or 6+ years with a PhD.
• Expertise in architecture definition, IP architecture development, and VLSI design principles.
• Experience solving complex engineering tradeoffs involving performance, power, and area.
• Deep understanding of transport protocols, including RDMA.
• Experience defining and delivering specifications for high-performance hardware-software integration.
